Fitness

Fitness is more than just a number on a tag.  It is NOT the BMI (Not ever- come in for your assessment and I’ll tell you why).  We know that fitness is about doing what you want to do – like going up a flight of stairs without getting winded, or playing with your kids without feeling like you’ll have a heart attack if you don’t sit down.

Our approach pairs challenging work with community support and a commitment to your success.

 

Head Instructor Meg has been certified by Aerobics and Fitness Association of America in Fitness, Yoga,Pilates.  She is licensed to teach ZUMBA, ZUMBA Gold, and is working on her Zumba Core Pro Skills.  She is featured on a number of fitness websites.
